Information We Collect

Account Information

• Your email address, used to create your account and to provide support if needed.

Coaching Content

• The questions, reflections, and notes you share with your AI coach.

• Coaching transcripts are stored separately from your signup email. Internally, transcripts are associated with a randomized User ID rather than your email address.

Network and Operational Logs

• Technical information such as IP addresses and log data may be collected automatically in order to
  operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Soil Health systems.

How We Use Your Information

Separation of Identity and Content

• Your signup email is never attached to coaching transcripts when they are processed by technology partners.

• Internally, your email is not shown together with your transcripts. Instead, transcripts are linked to a randomized User ID.

• While it is technically possible for us to connect transcripts with accounts, we only do so if you contact us for support and troubleshooting.

Service Improvement

• We use anonymized and aggregated coaching content to improve the quality of our service.

User Support

• If you request assistance, we may connect your account with specific coaching content in order to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

No Sale of Data

• We never sell your personal data.

Sharing Your Information

We use a few selected third-party service providers to assist in the operation of our services, including for hosting, storage, and other technical functions. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

When transcripts are processed by technology partners:

• Your signup email or account details are never attached.

• Technical identifiers such as IP addresses may be visible to infrastructure providers during data transmission, as is common with most online services.

Your Rights and Control

• You remain in full control of your information.

• You can request deletion of your account and all related content at any time by contacting us.

• You may request a copy of your personal data or ask questions about how your data is handled by contacting us at contact@soil.health.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the “Effective Date” above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice through the app or email.
